Seapoint Electrical Services ("we," "us," or "our") is a family-owned electrical contractor based in Dover, NH. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and who else may be involved in handling it. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through our contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your project. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you'd like to move forward, to coordinate your work.
We do not run analytics software, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts on this site. We don't collect browsing behavior, device data, or any information beyond what you directly submit. If you opt in via the contact form, we may send occasional emails with tips and special offers — you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.
We use your submitted information to contact you about your service request, answer questions, and schedule work. We don't use it for marketing lists or unsolicited outreach. If you reach out to us, we'll respond — that's it.
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party service that delivers your submission to us by email. When you submit the form, your data passes through Formspree's servers. Formspree maintains its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io.
Our contact page includes an embedded Google Maps iframe showing our office location. When that map loads, Google may collect certain technical information — such as your IP address — in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We have no access to or control over that data.
